Craft ICT Limited was founded in 2002 and has a long history in manufacturing, computing, networks, and back-office database systems.
We’re proud to be a people-first company, with hands-on experience in mechanics, fabrication, and manufacturing across industries as diverse as office furniture, specialist banking furniture, marble, shutters and doors, clothing, picture framing, refrigeration, plastics, and engineering.
Over more than twenty years of designing, creating, and supporting the operational systems that form the backbone of our clients’ businesses, we’ve also gained experience in accounting, architecture, ISO certification, finance, funerals, healthcare, holiday accommodation, insurance, marketing, publishing, theatre, and even the Lord Mayor’s Show in London.
We work closely with every client as both an operational and technical partner, building long-term relationships that go well beyond implementation. Many of our clients have remained partners, and friends, for ten to twenty years, benefitting from the continuity and accumulated experience our team provides.
Our involvement with ERP systems dates back to the mid-1980s, when members of our team first used them in production environments before moving on to manage the rollout of new systems, from testing through to successful go-live, both in the UK and Denmark.
Since 2011, FileMaker systems running on our cloud infrastructure have been deployed and supported worldwide, including India, Myanmar, Dubai, Europe, the UK, and the USA; all centrally managed from server to desktop providing LAN compatible performance over the Internet.
Our strength lies in being project managers and business analysts first. We focus on real-world requirements, translating operational understanding into systems that deliver practical, measurable value. Our developer expertise then brings those designs to life - we are not developers trying to understand business; we are business people who know how to develop.
We’re fortunate to be based in the heart of Thetford Forest, Britain’s largest lowland pine forest, an environment that inspires clear thinking and elegant solutions. This location places us at the centre of East Anglia’s main business areas - Ipswich, Norwich, Cambridge, and Peterborough, with easy access to London and the Midlands. Our team also operates from County Antrim, Northern Ireland.
