On-premises and hybrid installations run natively on Windows and macOS, while the SaaS option is platform-agnostic, enabling Erpyrean to operate seamlessly on Linux, ChromeOS, Android, iPadOS, and iOS, within each system’s capabilities.
Craft ICT’s cloud infrastructure has supported clients across Australia, Dubai, Europe, India, Myanmar, and the USA since 2011. The SaaS service operates on a flexible per-user licensing model that includes server hosting, software licensing, maintenance, and, when necessary, server replacement.
Because Erpyrean runs entirely in the cloud, user setup is minimal, and Craft ICT takes full responsibility for support from servers through to user desktops.
